Probate, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Paralegal – Mount Vernon

Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. serves the legal needs of businesses and individuals in Wooster, Millersburg, Medina, Mount Vernon, Ashland, and surrounding areas in Northeast and North Central Ohio. The firm is seeking a Probate, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Paralegal for their Mount Vernon, Ohio, office. This position will require close collaboration with multiple attorneys within the firm. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and/or training. Probate and estate planning experience preferred. The candidate must have high regard for attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, desire to continue to learn and grow professionally, and be self-motivated. NetDocuments or a document management system experience preferred but not required. This position is a full-time opportunity that supports several attorneys and requires knowledge of legal concepts, practices, and procedures.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work location: In person

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
