Receptionist – Wooster

The Wooster office is currently seeking a receptionist. The position is full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room reservations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

General Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative setting
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time
