Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. (“CCJ”) is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Chad B. Yoder and Zachary H. DiMarco as associate attorneys of the Firm.

Yoder graduated from Garaway High School in Sugarcreek and Malone University. He received his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law. He is a member of the Holmes County, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a volunteer at Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank, a member and past Finance Officer for American Legion Post 494, Sugarcreek, and he sits on the Board of Trustees for the Holmes County Public Library. Yoder currently lives in Millersburg with his wife Cara and their two children.
DiMarco grew up locally, graduating from Centerburg High School. He attended The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in environment and natural resources in 2011. He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2014. He focuses his practice on Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Corporate/Business. He is a member of the Knox County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Zac resides in Mount Vernon with his wife Laura.
