Overview
Olivia A. Boyer is an experienced litigator. Over the course of her legal career, she has tried nearly 50 jury trials. In addition to her trial work, Olivia has argued appellate matters before multiple Ohio Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Before joining CCJ, Olivia served as the Chief Criminal Prosecutor for the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office and as the Staff Attorney, Mediator, and Court Administrator for the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas.
A Buckeye through and through, Olivia obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees from Ohio State University. During her time at the Moritz College of Law, Olivia served as the Chief Justice of the Honor Council, was a finalist in the Lawrence Negotiation Competition, a finalist in the Herman Moot Court Competition, and a member of the Evidence Moot Court Team.
