Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined the firm, adding to Critchfield’s staff in both the Mount Vernon and Wooster offices.
Shari Canter George is a staff attorney in the firm’s Mount Vernon office, focusing her practice on real estate matters. She is also a part of the firm’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Heartland Title Agency.
Before joining Critchfield, Shari was in practice with her husband at The George Law Group, LLC, assisting with tax-exempt financing transactions for eligible borrowers. She is also the co-founder and prior owner of Cherbourg Bakery, a gluten and nut-free bakery located in Columbus. Shari is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she earned her J.D. During her time at Ohio State, she contributed to the Ohio State Law Journal, and provided her services to the Public Interest Law Foundation, Mediation Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, acquiring a B.A. with Distinction in History and Political Science, and graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
Lyndsey Gallwitz is an associate attorney with the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group and the Litigation practice group. She sits in the firm’s Mount Vernon office. Lyndsey assists clients with everyday employment matters as well as employment-related litigation. She is returning to Critchfield after serving as a clerk during law school. As a Knox County native, Lyndsey is excited to return to Mount Vernon and collaborate with local employers to enrich the community. Lyndsey earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She has additional degrees from Kent State University (B.A.) and Central Ohio Technical College (A.S.).
Nicholas Dulaney is an associate in the firm’s Wooster office. He focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, and corporate work. He also gained experience in intellectual property matters, working as an intern during law school. Nick earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Toledo.
