Amanda Webber is a seasoned trial attorney with over 25 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, both criminal and civil. As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Amanda focuses her practice on employment and construction-related matters, in addition to will and trust contests. Prior to her current role, Amanda served as an assistant prosecutor for over a decade, gaining extensive experience at both the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office. During her tenure, she handled a wide array of cases, including dependency, neglect, and abuse of children, misdemeanor criminal offenses, and serious felonies including domestic violence, rape, and murder. Drawing from this background, Amanda brings invaluable expertise to her practice, ensuring vigorous representation for her clients in matters ranging from construction and property disputes to employment law and personal injury cases.
